Practice schedule for 2024-2025 season:

Season:  Our 2024-2025 season will begin on November 5, 2024 and continue through March 2025.  We will participate in the Mason Dixon Wrestling League with wrestling meets on weekends; competition will be supplemented with other regional tournaments including Top of the Podium  

Practice Location:  Herndon High School wrestling room

Practice days/times: 

• Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Session 1: Grades K to 4th - 6 PM to 7:15 PM
• Session 2: Grades 5th thru 8th - 7:15 PM to 8:45 PM
• We may move wrestlers to a different session based on skill, size and experience levels.
