Practice schedule for 2025-2026 season:

Season:  Our 2025-2026 season will begin on November 3, 2025 and continue through March 2026.  We will participate in the Mason Dixon Wrestling League with wrestling competitions on weekends; 

Practice Location:  Herndon High School wrestling room

Practice days/times: 

• Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Session 1: Grades K to 4th - 6 PM to 7:15 PM
  • Session 2: Grades 5th thru 8th - 7:15 PM to 8:45 PM

• We may move wrestlers to a different session based on skill, size and experience levels.
